YUKA Air Line Filter for Compressed Air System HFD030
Compressed air systems contains much contaminants, such as solid
particles(include dirt, rust and pipe scale), compressor
lubricants, condensed water droplets,
water mist, oil mist, and hydrocarbon vapors. These contaminant
plug orifices of sensitive pneumatic instrumentation, wear out
seals, erode system, reduce the
absorptive capacity of desiccant air/gas dehydrator, foul heat
transfer surfaces, reduce air tool efficiency, and damage finished
products. Water left in air lines can
freeze during exposure to cold temperature, blocking flow or
rupturing pipes. Compressor lubricant not captured in a coalescing
filter will eventually collect in
pneumatic components, causing premature component failure,
requiring repair or replacement.
Contaminated compressed air systems increase operating costs by
reducing efficiency. This results in damaged pneumatic equipment,
higher maintenance and
repair costs, reduced production(due to downtime), and increased
product rejections.

Product Advantages of HF Series
1. The Filter Element adopts imported advanced filter materials and stainless steel support net to prevent secondary pollution and
the particle interception effect is more than 99%.
2. The housing is made of aluminum alloy by die-casting and has a compact structure to ensure safe use.
3. All shells are cleaned, degreased and specially anti-corrosion treated before spraying to improve durability and can be applied to
offshore platform operations.

6. The precise threaded interface makes installation and
maintenance easier and more convenient.
7. The body is under a pressure of 3.2 Mpa and withstands 96 hours, and the maximum burst pressure is 10.5 Mpa. The Max. pressure is 1.6 Mpa.
8. Under the working condition of 1.5-80 ºC and 1.0MPa pressure,
the body is guaranteed to be used for 15 years, and the service life of the filter element is 6000-8000 hours.

under rated working pressure 7 bar g (100 psi g). For the
application in other working pressure, please refer to the
correction factors.
